Observe the froth around the egg on Day 1. Stay tuned for day 2. Will there be more froth?
Today the Funsters started conducting an experiment to make carbon dioxide using an egg and vinegar.
We placed a hard boiled egg into a clear glass, then covered the egg with white vinegar.
We then observed bubbles forming on the outside of the egg straight away. These bubbles ascended to the surface very rapidly.
Stay tuned to find out what happens tomorrow!
S3K made up outdoor games for PE in groups of 5 or 6 students. The idea of this was for us to create a fun game that was:
safe
short – no more than 4 minutes
simple – everyone can play
We are going to trial our games and when they are ‘playable’, write them up as procedures and publish them on this: Our Blog.
Stay Tuned!

Have a look at us! Where in Australia do you think we are?
Last week when the CSIRO visited our school, we watched an experiment that showed how objects can float in salt water. We also learned that you can SIT in the Dead Sea and read a book, because the water is so salty there. If you could visit the Dead Sea to read a book, what book would you choose?
